Yomechas Federation Guides & Princesses Program
We aim to foster a deeper understanding and companionship between parents and their children.
Yomechas Federation is an outdoor-based Parent-Child and community fellowship organization that has been a beloved tradition shared among families in Chicago’s Western Suburbs for over 50 years.
Program Overview
Our Guides & Princesses program offers parents and children fun and unique outdoor and recreation-based opportunities to bond through shared experiences and adventures.
We serve Downers Grove, Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Burr Ridge, Westmont, Lisle, Naperville, Woodridge, Darien, Lemont, Oak Brook, Willowbrook and other surrounding villages.
While enjoyed primarily by fathers with their sons (Guides) or daughters (Princesses), we welcome any combination of parent and child, catering to children from pre-school to high school.

Structured Events & Activities
Throughout the year, Yomechas Federation members enjoy a variety of structured events, outings, and activities geared for children, including campouts, a fishing derby, museum overnight, canoe-on-wheels (pinewood derby), bowling party, roller-skating, holiday parades, kite fly, and way more!
